    Chak has a Masters degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications engineering and has worked in the IT side of telecom industry for several years before becoming an entrepreneur. The reason he was able to make this transition is because he had developed several alternative income streams even while he was working full time. He now teaches and trains people around the world in strategies and execution of this methodology that made him financially independent for the last 15+ years. In total he has over 20+ years of experience in entrepreneurship development, investments, coaching and mentorship of entrepreneurs and professionals. Chak specializes in designing projects for EB-5 investments.

    Vincent Hines, Chief Technology Officer at NuRide

    In his role as CTO Vince is charged with driving the technology policy and product development of
    NYCGT/NuRide, as they provide customers with scalable, innovative, and cost-effective solutions
    to their problems and assistance in capitalizing on market opportunities. With stints in many industries from Aerospace, Transportation & Logistics to Financial Services and Telecommunications and working as a developer, analyst and in policy making roles he brings a multi-disciplinary view of how to develop and deploy technology in useful ways. Some past projects include; advanced cockpit design for night vision imaging systems (Boeing), financial risk modeling systems (IBM), detailed analytical risk models for structured products (Prudential; Swiss RE) and fare pricing models for airline routes (JetBlue). Some interesting things Vincent is currently doing at NYCGT/NuRide are: In car technologies for tracking, safety and predictive analytics; workflow solutions for driver acquisition and performance metrics; end to end solutions for fleet management, maintenance and routing.
